The K-W Multicultural Centre represents another design-build retrofit project that turned an old and worn-down building on King Street into modern and high-tech offices. The recreation and renovation of this old building was completed speedily while maintaining the integrity and quality of a JG Group project. The 9000 SF building with three floors was constructed in a way that maximized the use of space within the complex, allowing for multiple workstations in limited space. Also included in this project was the construction of washrooms and a kitchen area for office workers. The JG Group, in tune with its history of extensive community involvement, donated a very considerable amount of cabinetry to the K-W Multicultural Centre as a way of giving back to the communities it serves.
